Grab a hold of left inner cv and see if you can pull it out by hand. Normally If visco is toast it will grind when trying to engage .

Stm does make a secondary, that does indeed take away alot of that engagement clunk, if its rattling, it's more than likely the buttons in the primary needs replacement. A good stm primary will cost ya around $1060 or so with a secondary spring. I researched all 28x10 radials, some DOT approved and some not. Got the tires and wheels on today. Just put a couple of miles on them today, but immediately I could tell they rode smoother than the old tires. Machine would coast quite a while when I lifted off the throttle. This tells me the rolling resistance is much less with these tires. Hope to have them in the woods this weekend, and I will report back.
