The next 100 rounds of 365 FMJ, purchased directly from Sig, had 24 FTF. I purchased a box of RR Tactical FMJ from the range, also 115gr, and had no issues.

One of my p365’s was an early model that had the same issue. SIG replaced the weapon. I took a video at the indoor range I go to locally. SIG had a bad run of them early in P365 production but that problem was licked a long time ago. The new striker will have a stronger, beveled tip on it and should last you many thousands of rounds.
