The production years for the 541 s manufacture are from 1972 to 1983. The years of manufacture for the 541 t differ and are inconsistant from author to author. It was hot and humid with winds of 10 MPH gusting to about 20 going diagonally down range from right to left. Certainly not the type of conditions best suited for testing 100 yard accuracy with a .22LR.
