Keter has terrible Customer Service! I just tried to order a Keter replacement hinge on a shed (brought about 2 years ago so well inside the guarantee period.). The just don’t reply to any correspondence! I’ve emailed and used the message service on their website and get nothing back other than a generic “thank you for getting in touch ...Poor customer service.
