From the Dec Issue of GM's Techlink: "The outside air temperature display on some 2013-2015 ATS, SRX, XTS and 2014-2015 CTS Sedan (VIN A) models may intermittently show dashes instead of a numeric value on the Cadillac CUE touch screen. 1) Turn the vehicle on. 2) Open the CUE faceplate, thereby exposing the storage area behind it. 3) With the faceplate up, turn off the vehicle. 4) Open the driver’s side door. 5) Wait 30-60 seconds with the driver’s side door open. 6) Close the door and start the vehicle. 7) Lower the faceplate.Press and hold. Sometimes if you use a very old DVD it will swallow it and not eject it. It will not say no disc because there is a disc inside. There is a CUE issue, at least on XTS, that kills the weather app for some reason. Have your dealer set up a technical case with XM/Sirrius, and they will get it corrected. It's most likely the root cause of the AC issue, or a faulty interconnect, -if you're lucky. Check all CUE-related fuses first. Now I have to remove it and reinsert it to get recognized by CUE. I checked the USB stick out on my PC, even running diagnostics on it and it works perfectly.
